David F. Ruccio — “Moving with the times”?

This report accords with want some Bulgarian friends now living in the US tell me. They also report that they have close friends in Bulgaria trying to out — "away from the Mafia" is the way they put it. 

Not that they are enchanted with all aspects of American capitalism either. Having grown up in a socialist country, they are amazed and appalled at how a rich country like the US can be so unequal, with those at the bottom being marginalized from society and those at the top living in another world, like the Communist leadership did.
