As Weisbrot notes, every country in the hemisphere except for the U.S. and Canada have united to oppose U.S. sanctions on Venezuela.I guess the rest of the Western Hemisphere is illiberal and subject to regime change, too, because the US version of liberalism is the sine qua non of human rights.
